Laura started at the practice as a trainee dental nurse, she took on more roles as her experience grew. Laura still nurses weekly but it's her organisational skills and forward planning that she likes to put to good use. Laura manages all elements of the practice. Laura acts as a treatment coordinator and guides other members of staff so that we maintain the highest of standards in all that we do. Laura is also responsible for compliance in general and clinical compliance in particular. Laura uses Agilio and iComply software to calendarise all activities that relate to compliance. We use Dentally as our practice management software and Laura is then 'go to person' on anything relating to Dentally. Laura is also responsible for making sure we have adequate dental supplies. We use a wide range of specialist dental materials as well as consumables.
